Jeffry is a resident of J-ville, ex-employee of Leo's, and a mercenary specializing in getting people through the Jacksonville ruins in 2174. He seems a bit hardened and angry due to his past but will still guide you through the Jacksonville Ruins free for once, charged for twice. Once he takes Jason through these ruins he meets an untimely end due to his anger at Jason for blowing up the Duval nest he makes his money of off. He carries a unique shotgun that is picked up by Jason and later given to Lars as a gift.
